What we collect
When you book or write to us: your name, mobile number, optional email, age, gender, visit type and the reason you share. We also store a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser type to prevent abuse — never your raw IP address.
Why we use it
Only to arrange and manage your appointment, reply to your message and keep the booking system safe. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Authorised clinic staff only, through a secured administration panel. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers under strict access rules.
How long we keep it
Booking and message records are kept as long as needed for your care and the clinic’s legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting the clinic by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Cookies and third parties
The public site sets no tracking cookies. Videos load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain only after you press play, and maps load from OpenStreetMap.
